RO: Germania chiar e un izvor nesecat de sătuce tradiționale care mai de care mai drăgălașe și mai pitorești. Nici n-are importanță unde mergi, c-o fi Bavaria cu al ei drum romantic și Alpii Bavarezi, c-o fi Berlinul hipsteresc, c-o fi nordul țării cu insulele de bogați :D, oriunde ai merge, ai parte de surprize, de sătuce ascunse, de arhitectură tipică cu case construite din bârne de lemn și de mâncare bună din belșug. Așa-i și Einbeck, un sat renumit din zona Hanovrei, la o oră și-un pic de condus mai exact, ce a făcut parte din liga orașelor hanseatice. Păi cum să nu fi fost punct de referință în comerțul de pe vremuri, când aici era una dintre cele mai mari berării din lume?! Care produce berea Einbecker încă de pe la 1300 și un pic. N-o fi el atât de renumit ca mai marele Munich cu al său Oktoberfest extravagant și beer garden-urile îmbietoare, însă peste tot pe străzile înguste din Einbeck dai de câte un bar cu beri locale 🙂

EN: Germany truly is an endless wellspring of traditional villages, each of them prettier and more picturesque than the other. No matter where you go, in Bavaria with its Romantic Road or the Bavarian Alps, in the hipsterish Berlin, in the northern part of the country with its rich islands :D, everywhere along the country you encounter different surprises, hidden villages, typical architecture with timber frame houses and plenty of food. That’s exactly how Einbeck is, a renowned village around Hanover, at just one hour drive away to be more precise, that was part of the Hanseatic league. How could it not be a reference for the commerce in the old times, when it had one of the biggest breweries in the world?! That produces Einbeck beer since 1300. It might not be so famous as the bigger Munich with its extravagant Oktoberfest and tempting beer gardens, but on every corner of the street one can bump into a bar with local beers 🙂











RO: Întregul centru vechi este plin de clădiri de lemn, cu faimoasele bârne expuse, iar punctul forte al pieței centrale este clădirea primăriei, ce tronează în mijloc cu turnurile în formă de pălării de vrăjitoare. Însă nici clădirile originale (vechi de la 1500) ale farmaciei (Ratsapotheke) și a brutăriei (Brodhaus) nu sunt mai prejos, iar dacă ai noroc să prinzi și-o piață de flori în mijlocul lor, printre toate terasele și restaurantele… atunci chiar dai de perfecțiunea nemțească 🙂 Nici nu contează de altfel ce anume vezi în Einbeck, pentru că fiecare străduță e mai adorabilă ca cealaltă, mai autentică și mai plină de clădiri interesante sau restaurante tentate care te îmbie la un festin hiper caloric 😀 Ei bine, Einbeck chiar face cinste drumului tematic al caselor de bârne de lemn (Timber Frame Road).  Iar dacă o zi întreagă în Einbeck ar părea puțin cam mult pentru niște călători pe repede-înainte, în preajmă se mai află și alte orașele la fel de drăguțe, precum Alfeld, Gottinge, Hildesheim, Brunswick ori Holzminden, pe care le-am inclus toate într-un traseu pe Google Maps, cu pornire din Hanovra 🙂

EN: The entire old town center is full of timber frame houses, with their exposed beams, and the cheery on top of the central market is the City Hall, that sits there in the middle with its towers that resemble some witch hats. But the original buildings of the pharmacy (old since 1500) – Rtsapotheke and the bakery – Brodhaus are not bad at all, and if you’re lucky enough to be in town during a flower market… then that’s the German perfection indeed 🙂 It doesn’t really matter what exactly you see in Einbeck, as every street is more adorable than the other, more authentic and with plenty of interesting buildings and tempting restaurants that call for a hyper caloric feast 😀 Oh well, Einbeck really does justice to the Timber Frame Road. And if an entire day in Einbeck might seem a bit too much for some fast-forward travelers, there are plenty of other beautiful towns around, like Alfeld, Gottinge, Hildesheim, Brunswick or Holzminden, which we included in an itinerary on Google Maps, starting from Hanover 🙂
