RO: Gata cu Bavaria si satucele ei fermecatoare, gata cu weisswurstii apetisanti, gata cu cataratul Zugspitze-ului in Alpii bavarezi, gata cu castelele scoase din povesti! Mutam toata nebunia nemteasca mai inspre nord, ca doar nu ne-om satura asa usor de Germania. Si weekendul acesta mergem sa descoperim de-a fir a par Saxonia Inferioara, ca pare-se ca-i plina de satuce minunate, berarii locale, case autentice cu barne de lemn si multa, multa culoare. Si-apoi n-ar strica niste portii generoase de “kartoffel” c-un pic de varza kale (ca doar e tipica mai ales prin Braunschweig) si niste aur alb – si-anume sparanghelul cel faimos. Asa ca taiem rapid de pe lista Hanovra cea neexplorata si adaugam un pic de Celle, o vizita rapida prin Braunschweig, o nebunie de satuc colorat si plin de foste case-berarii la Einbeck, un pic de Alfeld mai la sud si spre final un centru vechi in Hildesheim. EN: Enough with Bavaria and it charming villages, enough with the tempting weisswursts, enough with climbing the Zugspitze peak in the Bavarian Alps, enough with the fairy tale castles! We’re moving all the German madness up north and this weekend we’re planning to discover Lower Saxony, as it seems it has plenty of gorgeous villages, local breweries, authentic timber houses and lots, lots of colors. And we wouldn’t say no to a generous portion of “kartoffel” with a bit of kale (typical especially around Braunschweig) and the so called white gold – aka the famous asparagus. So we’re taking Hanover off the list, even though we haven’t explored it yet, and we’re adding a bit of Celle, a quick walk in Braunschweig, a lovely colorful village full of former breweries instead of normal houses in Einbeck, a bit of Alfeld to the south and in the end an old city town in Hildesheim.
