RO: Bun, incepem articolul isterici si bucurosi ca… mergem in Noua Zeelandaaaaa!
EN: Ok, we’re starting this article happy and crazy about our next trip to… New Zealaaaaand! We’re counting the days until February and the first thing on our North Island list is undoubtedly the Hobbiton from Matamata. Not that we would be the greatest connoisseurs when it comes to hobbits and Lords of the Rings (we STILL haven’t seen any of them, but we’ll do our homework until we leave), but the village looks amazing. But until we’ll knock on the hobbits doors beyond the seas, we’ll visit the Clay Castle close to Sibiu, as it has kind of the same fairy-tale atmosphere. And even more than that! Because surprisingly, the entire castle is made of clay and the project seems to be taken out of the cartoons we we’re watching in our childhood. The castle is not yet finished, there is still work to be done at the interior, but when it will be, we’ll for sure go there and stay in one of the attic rooms! Up till then the castle can be visited on the outside (there is a 5 RON fee) and they recently opened a small coffee shop with delicious mulled wine and looooots of cute souvenirs. Made of clay, of course 🙂
EN: But wait a second, The Clay Castle is not the only thing we wanted to talk about, but also about a new discovery in terms of Romanian fashion designers. We finally found the perfect winter sweaters, colorful and funny and warm! The ones from Chemistry are simply genius! And everything that comes up from their talented hands is fabulous! Where did you hear about combining pastels in the middle of winter? So how could you not buy all the sweater collection, from tip to toe?! And all, but absolutely all the sweaters are manually knitted! So just in case Santa still doesn’t know what presents should he bring, we’ll give him an idea! 😀 You can find Chemistry everywhere in online, on their official website, on Facebook, but especially on Instagram! 🙂
We were very excited to visit this small clay like village at “Feeric Fashion Week” 😍✨ I did post about our experience on my blog, check it out here:
